Absolutely the best money ever spent! Sandra and Vaida kept us on track up to the wedding day, and then she was completely on top of everything, from coordinating with the vendors and the deliveries, putting out all of the cards, decorations, etc. and things on the day-of like tipping everyone, making sure we got the guest book, wedding topper, and all of our memories at the end of the night. It would have been so hectic without her! Instead, we got to really enjoy our wedding and be present for every special moment instead of worrying about the details. Thanks Blooms and Macarons!!!

It was beyond helpful to me to have your advice on the final details and ability to jump in at the last minute for the final push. Everything went as smoothly as it could have, and the space looked absolutely stunning, just how I envisioned it.
Sandra and Vaida are a total joy to work with. As a former planner, I thought I had the answers to everything and just needed someone to coordinate the day-of execution. But Sandra filled in blanks that I didn't even know were left open. She asked the right questions and made the right decisions on our behalf.There was a seating mix up, which was entirely my fault because I numbered the seating cards very late one night. I didn't even know there was a problem until the next day. Sandra was professional in executing a solution that made the families happy.I would happily recommend to any bride and groom. We couldn't have gotten through that day without her!
If I could leave 10 stars I would!!! I was an extremely happy and satisfied bride during my reception, Sandra and Vaida were very attentive to details (and my very particular requests) and was able to even go beyond my vision. I could not ask for more, any bride would be lucky to have them!
I hired Sandra to be a "day of the wedding coordinator". Months later I determined I would need to do a dinner for 65 out of town guest sat my home the day before the actual wedding. Ultimately, that decision would be what would require the most help. What could have been utmost in stress and exhaustion was made enjoyable and manageable for one reason- Sandra! Most Coordinators may not have been nearly as accommodating but Sandra made it about my needs not her expectations. She was the most efficient, knowledgeable, flexible, thorough, and pleasant person to work with. She knew what I needed before I did. All my guests were so impressed by her work ethic.
I would never do entertaining on any major scale again without Sandra.
Sandra was commissioned to organize the "day of" our wedding. Being from out-of-state, we communicated by phone and email. Sandra was very prompt with her responses and took initiative to remind me of tasks that should be complete within a certain time frame. When I finally came into town and met with her, both my fiance and I were blown away with her professionalism and her understanding of our vision for our wedding. The wedding day could not have been any more perfect. She had contacted all of our vendors prior to the event, and everything ran smoothly the day of the event. I had so many compliments, and I could not be any more thankful and appreciative of her work.

We received a recommendation of Blooms & Macarons from from our venue and hired them for Day-of wedding services, although they did so much more! Sandra was organized and thorough and really made us feel like we were a priority. She made sure we thought through everything, sent me reminders of what I should be focused on each week leading up to the wedding, reached out to all vendors to ensure everything was ready and on time, and kept our bridal party on task during our rehearsal. Vaida set up before the wedding, kept things flowing smoothly during the wedding, and teared down after the wedding. They were truly life savers and we are so grateful that we found them!
